- Manual logging on a computer: On Strava dashboard, hover your mouse over the “+” icon in the upper right hand corner and select, “add manual entry.”
- Manual logging on the Strava app: On your activity feed, select “+” in the upper left corner of the app.
- Automatic logging: Using the Strava app on your smartphone, hit “record” just before you begin your ride. Hit the circled dot to pause and un-pause. Hit the race flag to save your trip by filling in trip information.
- Syncing with another tracking app: https://www.strava.com/upload/device, tapiriik.com, and https://www.fitnesssyncer.com/support/national-bike-challenge.
FOR MANUAL LOGGING FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
On your computer through your NBC website (www.nationalbikechallenge.org/login), click on "Log Ride on Strava" (as you see on an image from my account below)
This will take you to the following logging page where you have two options to click to get you to the manual logging page. Both links will direct you to the same page.
Once on the manual logging page, fill out any of the information you wish to share and click "Create" at the bottom. Ta-Da! You're done! Thank you for logging a ride!
